Ballerina Music Box puzzle

I am responsible for: The Ballerina and Ballerina stand modelling, textures, all rigging, all animation, some texture touch up on box (norm and specular), and box mesh reworking to fit Ballerina.

This will be part of a puzzle for our upcoming game Shadows are Alive.

The concept: It's a Ballerina music box found in a creepy old mansion that has gears and a handle that need to be put into place and also needs a key to unlock. This puzzle will facilitate gameplay via clue or unlocking needed item. It had to be low poly but still detailed and old looking.
