Tetsuo WIP

Tetsuo from Akira Manga (hence white hair and primary color facial wires). I always mean to finish this and never get back to it. I may redo the whole thing as the hair, ear, and teeth bug me along with the face in general lol. But I like the concept so I'm uploading here to eventually get back to it.
